We believe God is the creator of the heavens and earth. We believe that he came to earth in human form as Jesus, the son of God, born of the Virgin Mary, and died on Calvary's cross, in obedience to God's will, to save us from our sin. Through His resurrection and ascension into heaven, He conquered death and is calling all people into relationship with God. He offers us forgiveness from sin and the free gift of eternal life, and He intercedes with the Father for all who believe. We further believe that He will return to earth one day to gather His people. We believe His Holy Spirit permanently dwells in every believer. God is all-powerful, all-knowing, and present everywhere.
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the sixty-six books of the Old Testament and the New Testament, is the infallible, inspired Word of God.
Finally,
we believe that God has endowed all believers with spiritual
gifts that enable the ministry of the church and that God
calls each Christian to some specific task of service. It
is our obligation to Him to discover and pursue our individual
